Durability in a military flashlight first and foremost means that it can be dropped, shaken or other wise beat-up with little or no effect on its performance.  Lights made for military purpose are put through the tests needed to ensure that these lights will not fail or fall apart when they are needed. Durability in these flashlights also means that they are often times very water-resistant. The same sturdy encasements that make them unbreakable, also make them water-impermeable.  Those in law enforcement, the military and emergency services have to work in the rain or in flooded conditions, depending on their location, and the need for a flashlight that will not malfunction when wet is critical.

Sunday, March 23rd, 2008

Military Flashlights are Built to Last

Saturday, March 15th, 2008

No matter how much we try to avoid accidents – they happen. As such, you can grip your flashlight as tight as possible but there will always be the potential that it slips out of your hand and lands on a rock, granite floor or some other hard surface.
